We love startups and we love Kansas City.

So, we started CEED and we’re committed to:

Strengthening the Kansas City startup community

Building a pipeline of engaged, entrepreneurial talent

Activating entrepreneurs

Who are we?

We are the Center of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development, but everybody calls us CEED.
It’s a bit easier to say, and who doesn’t love a good nickname?

Careers at CEED

Finding team members that fit our company culture is extremely important to us!

We are building a team of walking oxymorons: Stubborn people who know how to be flexible and bend when necessary. Folks who are smart as hell, but occasionally (accidentally) walk into a screen door and know how to laugh about it.

To join us, you must be serious, but not take yourself too seriously. You must be humble, but we expect you to bring a level of expertise and value-add that is unmatched. Be unashamedly you, but be willing to change and learn and grow. Most importantly, you must be passionate. Passion drives our efforts, and it must drive the individual members of our team as well.

Added bonus attributes for our ideal teammates:

  • Lover of car dancing
  • Fluent in sarcasm
  • Food-sharer

We aren’t currently hiring for any positions, but when we are, we will post them here.
